What’s In Your Breakfast?
I begin every morning with a bit of rolled oats oatmeal and a few condiments. The goodies I add are pictured.
Pistachios, raw cashews, raw walnuts, raw almonds, raw sunflower seeds, pepitas, ginger, cinnamon, currents, rice “milk” and chia seeds.
I have replaced the agave sweetener with honey for its prebiotic properties and added steel cut oats for more fiber and chewiness. I use rolled oats because I can't wait the extra few minutes it takes to cook the steel cut oats.
