Watched ‘Yellow Submarine’ this afternoon. It’s message is more relevant today.
Watched ‘A Christmas Story’ (1983) this afternoon. Melinda Dillon and Darren McGavin were the perfect parents for the film. He was so much like my dad. In addition to ‘A Christmas Carol’ both (1938) and (1951) I consider these the best Christmas films ever. ‘A Christmas Story’ is so much like my childhood. We even had the Fiestaware dishes and coal furnace. Made me both laugh and cry. Very nostalgic.
